Every tool maps to a specific part of the regime. Download, adapt to your club's size, and use them as the evidence base the IFR will expect to see.
How to use the toolkit
Before you apply
Assess and gap-find
Run the ODSE fitness check on every senior individual, the board health check across the board, and the readiness tracker across all five condition areas. The gaps become your plan.
As you prepare
Build the evidence
Stand up the conflicts register, the agent-fee file, and the fan-engagement checklist. These are the contemporaneous records the IFR asks for; they can't be made after the fact.
Every quarter after
Keep it live
The governance calendar drives the cycle; the readiness and AML trackers get re-rated each quarter. Licence-readiness is a standing state, not a one-off submission.
