Who we are
IFR Hub is published by Fideo Global Limited (registered in Ireland, company no. 792395; registered office: Frosses, Co. Donegal, F94 P8Y2, Ireland), which is the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. You can reach us about anything on this page at enquiries@fideoglobal.com.
What we collect, and when
What you do on this site stays with you. Working through the checklists or answering assessment questions sends nothing to us: those answers live only in your own browser, and the reset and "Start again" buttons erase them. We receive personal data in exactly one way — when you type your details into a form and press submit.
When you do submit, that happens in three places:
- The advisory enquiry form — your name, role, club, work email, what you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
- The assessment tools — if you request a full assessment through the readiness or ODSE tools, we collect your work email, your club, and your self-assessment results (scores and answers), so we can discuss them with you.
- "Notify me" and course updates — your email address, so we can tell you when the thing you asked about is available.
Browsing the site does not intentionally identify individual visitors. We count page views using Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and used only for aggregated, privacy-focused usage statistics: it tells us which pages are read, not who you are. There is no advertising technology and no profiling.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, send you what you asked for, and follow up on it — which is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact a professional services firm, and, where you're asking about our services, a step you've requested prior to a possible engagement. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it lives and how long we keep it
Submissions are stored in a database hosted with Supabase in London, with access restricted to Fideo Global. We keep enquiry records while they remain relevant to an active or potential conversation, and review stored records at least annually, deleting what's no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@fideoglobal.com and we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and our page-view counting (Vercel Analytics) works without cookies and without identifying visitors. When you first visit, we show a short notice about this, which you can accept to dismiss. Two things adjacent to cookies are worth knowing:
- Your tool progress (checklist ticks and assessment answers on the toolkit, readiness and ODSE pages) is saved in your browser's local storage so a reload doesn't lose your work. It stays on your device only and is never sent to us unless you choose to submit a form; the "Start again" buttons clear it.
- Videos are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and only load when you press play. If you play one, YouTube may store data on your device under its own policies from that point.
AI-produced media
The substance of this site is authored and reviewed by people with regulatory and football-governance experience. To produce it at scale we use AI assistance: written content is drafted with AI and then reviewed by people, and the podcast and explainer-video narration is AI-assisted. Editorial control rests with Fideo Global throughout.
Changes
If we change what this site collects or how, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
